Dark circles are a common, aesthetic problem.

They are due to hereditary causes, the construction of the lower eyelid, the thin skin of the area and its vascularity, and of course fatigue or a few hours of sleep. They can be present from a young age or appear later and are accelerated by the thinning of the skin and loss of fat under the eyes, which gradually occurs as we age.

A very effective treatment is the use of injectable hyaluronic in the area under the lower eyelids. This increases the distance of the skin from the blood vessels in the area and changes the shading of the lower eyelid. The result is usually impressive.
